How does a person’s soul and spirit shape their journey in life through time and space facing challenges and struggles confounded by their environment? Inspired by magical realism, this film ventures through music, movement, and a film score that captures the true nature of its cultural landscapes from multi-generational narratives.

Presented by Poetry Festival Singapore, Atlas is a poetic tale that weaves in and out from the diasporic voices of Singapore. How does a person’s history shape their artistic perspective amidst the precipice of conflict and self-acceptance? Told from the cinematic lens, we hear the narratives from Contour: A Lyric Cartography of Singapore - a poetry anthology to celebrate Singapore's bicentennial come to life capturing the true essence of Singapore in a global scope.
